Why We Do What We Do

Welcome to our group classes, a comprehensive fitness membership program designed to help both beginners and advanced dancers get to the next level. Our goal is to help students who are motivated, become long time dancers at our studio due to a consistent gratifying flow experience with our dance family. Carefully designed to be the best event of your week, this class gives you a chance to cut loose and get moving while benefiting from encouraging one-on-one attention from our world-class staff. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn with old friends and make new ones.

The ADULT PROGRAM combines high energy fitness classes to build endurance, ballroom technique to develop dance skills and Pilates based workout to develop balance, posture and flexibility, all while having fun and socializing with wonderful people in a welcoming family oriented environment.

Ballroom (level 1)

This class focuses on social ballroom dance technique and practice in partnership. In each class we will learn a simple routine focusing on a particular dance of our dance curriculum.

Ballroom (level 2)

This class combines a high energy fitness warm up to build endurance with ballroom technique to develop dance skills that you will apply when dancing in partnership. The class is designed to help both beginners who want to challenge themselves as well as recommended for advanced and competitive dancers to maintain their fitness level.

Argentine Tango

This class combines warm up tango exercises and technique to develop the balance, posture and attitude to dance Argentine tango with a partner. Will help both beginners who want to challenge themselves as well as advanced and competitive stage dancers to maintain their fitness level.

Latin Social (level 1)

This class focuses on social latin dance technique and practice in partnership. In each class we will learn a simple routine focusing on the Caribbean style dances of our curriculum (Salsa, Bachata, Merengue and Mambo).

Full Body Workout (level 2)

This is a pilates based fitness class designed to help dancers build endurance strength, flexibility, balance and posture. It is an excellent complement for group and individual dance lessons. The class is designed to help both beginners who want to challenge themselves as well as recommended for advanced and competitive dancers to maintain their fitness level.

We believe dance is for everyone, and everyone is welcome in our group classes — including you. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or just testing the water, you’ll have a great time dusting off your skills or trying new steps.
