HIRING DANCE PROFESSIONALS:

Ballroom Dance Professional - Full-Time

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Dance Flow is seeking two experienced Ballroom Dance Professionals to join our team at Skarlato Dance Inc. (DBA Dance Flow).

Responsibilities include:

  • Teach and coach ballroom dance through private and group lessons.
  • Design and adapt lesson plans based on each student's goals and progress.
  • Choreograph routines and select appropriate music for lessons and performances.
  • Motivate students to achieve their dance goals and continue their training.
  • Assess student progress and recommend improvements.
  • Modify choreography and curriculum as needed.
  • Represent Dance Flow by competing in dance competitions with students.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 24 months of professional ballroom dance teaching experience.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Passion for helping students grow both as dancers and as individuals.

This is a full-time position based in Boca Raton, Florida.
