OUR INSTRUCTORS

Dmitry Vasin
- 2012 European Champion of the Stage Tango Category;
- 2012 Nominated the best Foreign Couple of the World Championships;
- 2013 National Champion of Russia in Stage Tango;
- 2017 4th Place World Championships in Buenos Aires in Tango Escenario;
- 2018 1st Place World Champion in Tango Escenario.
Dmitry was invited to many annual Dancesport Congresses and Seminars to present on a variety of Tango topics around the world.
As a World Champion, Mr. Vasin has been ranked and adjudged to be the #1 dancer in the Tango category. This places him within less than the top 1% of all tango dancers in the world and is indicative of his extraordinary ability in this field.

Ryan Raffloer
Originally from Australia, Ryan Raffloer is an accomplished Latin Dance Champion with an impressive international career. Now based in Florida, Ryan brings his dynamic energy and refined technique to the dance floor, having mastered a wide range of styles including Latin, Cha-Cha, Tango, and Viennese Waltz.
Known for his precision, creativity, and infectious passion, Ryan has wowed audiences and judges around the globe. As a dedicated instructor and choreographer, he’s committed to helping students build confidence, master technique, and fall in love with the art of dance. Whether you're preparing for a competition or dancing for joy, Ryan’s vibrant spirit and expert guidance will keep you inspired every step of the way.

Evgeny Puchkov
Evgeny teaches Ballroom Dancing, Argentine tango, American Smooth, Club Style (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata).

- Winner of Florida Super Stars, 2012;
- Finalist of the National Open United States Dance Championships, 2012;

- Coach and choreographer in the project “Dancing With The Stars” (Russia).

Mike Osborne
Mike (Michael) Osborne is a highly skilled dance instructor, performer, and manager with a deep passion for ballroom and competitive dance. With years of experience, he has guided numerous students to success in showcases and competitions. Throughout his career, he has trained with world-renowned U.S. dance champions.
In 2019, Mike began dancing with his now wife, and together they have competed and performed at numerous events. Initially focusing on American Rhythm, they have since shifted their dedication to salsa competitions and performances, immersing themselves in the dynamic and expressive world of salsa.
With his extensive knowledge, competitive background, and commitment to excellence, Mike is a sought-after instructor and performer, inspiring students to discover the joy and artistry of dance.

Cassandra Malanche Osborne
Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Cassandra discovered her love for dance at the age of three. She trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop before expanding into musical theater, ballroom, and other styles while earning her dance degree at SUNY Brockport. Throughout her career, she has competed and performed across the U.S. and Europe, refining her skills and deepening her passion for movement and performance.
In 2019, she began competing professionally, where she met her husband and dance partner. She later relocated to South Florida, working with top franchises and renowned coaches to continue honing her craft.
Now, Cassandra is thrilled to be part of the Dance Flow family and looks forward to sharing her love of dance with the community!
